Hey, I’m Ted — a software guy turned engineering leader who loves helping teams build things that matter and grow along the way. I’ve worked across startups, big consulting firms, healthcare, government, and travel, and right now I lead engineering teams at Expedia. I’m also a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve, where I teach leadership and try to practice what I preach: empathy, accountability, and always getting better.
